We offer photographic artworks for residential and commercial interiors, including our READY TO HANG collection and individually specified BESPOKE WALL ART.

PART B – PURCHASING, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION
1. Product Description
READY TO HANG artworks are professionally printed, mounted and framed to order using the predetermined specifications displayed on each product page.
These specifications identify the photographic paper, image size, window mount, frame profile and overall framed dimensions.
BESPOKE WALL ART may involve alternative sizes, papers, mounts, frames or other individually agreed presentation arrangements.
2. Pricing
Prices displayed on the website are expressed in British Pounds Sterling (£), unless otherwise stated.
Standard UK delivery is included in the advertised price of READY TO HANG artworks.
Any additional charges applicable to BESPOKE WALL ART, specialist delivery or international orders will be explained before an order is confirmed.
3. Orders and Payment
Customers are responsible for reviewing the selected artwork and its specifications before completing a purchase.
An order placed through the website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected artwork. An order is accepted when we confirm acceptance.
Payment arrangements are provided during the online checkout process or, for BESPOKE WALL ART, as part of an individually agreed quotation.
If an artwork becomes unavailable or an order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact the customer to discuss the available options, including a refund where appropriate.
4. Production and Delivery
READY TO HANG artworks are produced individually following receipt of an order.
We aim to complete production and delivery within 21 days of receiving payment, subject to production schedules and courier arrangements.
Free standard delivery is provided throughout our stated UK delivery area.
International and specialist delivery arrangements are considered individually.

5. Order Cancellation
Customers purchasing standard READY TO HANG artworks online normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving a reason.
Where BESPOKE WALL ART is produced to a customer's individual specifications or is clearly personalised, the standard cancellation right may not apply.

6. Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

7. Damaged or Faulty Goods
