1 Orders and Production

Every READY TO HANG artwork is professionally printed, mounted and framed to order, using the dimensions and materials stated in its individual product specification.

​

Although produced after an order is placed, READY TO HANG artworks are offered in predetermined specifications and are not automatically considered personalised products.

​

BESPOKE WALL ART orders may be produced to a customer's individual requirements, including alternative sizes, papers, mounts and framing options. Where an artwork is made to the customer's specifications or is clearly personalised, different cancellation arrangements may apply.

 

 

2 Order Cancellation

 

READY TO HANG

​

Customers purchasing READY TO HANG artwork online normally have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason.

​

To exercise this right, please contact us with your order details and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.

​

If you wish to cancel before your artwork has been dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible so that we can review the order and avoid unnecessary production or delivery where possible.

​

BESPOKE WALL ART

​

Where BESPOKE WALL ART is made to a customer's individual specifications or is clearly personalised, the standard 14-day cancellation right may not apply.

​

The applicable cancellation arrangements will be explained before an individual BESPOKE WALL ART order is confirmed.

​

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights where goods are faulty, damaged or not as described.

 

 

3 Damaged or Faulty Items

 

We take great care to ensure that every artwork is produced to a high standard and securely packaged for delivery.

​

If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible, providing your order number and photographs of the artwork and packaging where available.

​

Please retain the original packaging while the matter is being investigated.

​

We will review the circumstances and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

​

 

4 Returns

 

For READY TO HANG orders cancelled under the standard 14-day cancellation right, customers must return the artwork within 14 days of notifying us of their cancellation.

​

Please contact us before returning an artwork so that suitable arrangements can be discussed. Wherever possible, use the original protective packaging to safeguard the frame, acrylic front panel and photographic print during transit.

​

For a change-of-mind cancellation, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the artwork, provided this has been explained before purchase. Where goods are faulty or not as described, we will meet reasonable return costs where required by law.

​

Refunds for valid cancellations will be made using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed. Refunds will be issued within the applicable statutory period, including within 14 days of receiving returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, whichever is earlier.

​

We may make a deduction for any reduction in the artwork's value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, where permitted by law.

​

Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
