READY TO HANG photographic wall art supplied by OPENPHOTO ART is professionally printed, mounted and framed to order, then carefully packaged for delivery.
Free UK delivery is included with every READY TO HANG artwork.
The information below explains our delivery arrangements, estimated timescales and the additional considerations that may apply to BESPOKE WALL ART orders.
1 Delivery Regions and Estimated Delivery
Our READY TO HANG collection includes free delivery throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.
Each artwork is produced to order. From receipt of payment, we aim to complete production and deliver your artwork within 21 days. This allows time for printing, mounting, framing, quality checking, packaging and delivery.
Delivery times are estimated from the point of dispatch and may vary according to the size of the artwork, production schedules and courier arrangements.
We will provide delivery information when your order is ready for dispatch, including tracking details where available.
For delivery outside the UK, please contact us before ordering so that availability and any additional charges can be confirmed.
2 READY TO HANG and BESPOKE WALL ART
Every READY TO HANG artwork is supplied as a complete framed piece, produced to the dimensions and materials stated in its individual product specification.
Our BESPOKE WALL ART service offers alternative sizes, papers, mounts and framing options. As these artworks are individually specified, production times and delivery arrangements may differ from our standard READY TO HANG collection.
Where specialist packaging, handling or courier services are required, delivery arrangements and any associated costs will be discussed and agreed before an order proceeds.
3 Packaging
We take great care to ensure that every framed artwork is securely packaged for transit.
Protective materials and suitable packaging are used to safeguard the frame, acrylic front panel and photographic print during handling and delivery.
If your artwork or its packaging appears to have been damaged during transit, please contact us as soon as possible, providing photographs of the packaging and any affected areas of the artwork where possible.
Please retain the original packaging until the matter has been resolved.
4 Delivery Insurance
OPENPHOTO ART arranges delivery through suitable courier and delivery services, with appropriate transit cover for the artworks being dispatched.
In the event of loss or damage during delivery, please contact us promptly so that we can investigate the matter and arrange an appropriate resolution.
For unusually large or specialist BESPOKE WALL ART orders, any additional delivery requirements will be agreed individually.
5 Delivery Areas
Our standard READY TO HANG delivery service covers the United Kingdom, including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. Delivery is included in the advertised price of each artwork.
International delivery is not included in our standard READY TO HANG offer. Requests for overseas delivery can be considered individually, subject to availability, shipping costs and any applicable customs or import charges.
